About

Ingenieurbüro Sebastian Peschke advises clients, property investors and local authorities on energy and supply technology and technical building services.

On request, we can support you throughout the entire project phase, starting with the feasibility study and basic evaluation, through the design, implementation and approval planning, to the tendering, awarding and construction supervision (RIBA 1 to 4 according to “RIBA plan of work 2020”):

We are an owner-managed engineering company based in Upper Bavaria, approximately 85 km from Munich. We work efficiently and use modern techniques. We see diversity as an opportunity and are united by our passion and interest in technology. Our engineers are not tied to a specific location and work almost entirely from home with state-of-the-art equipment. For example, we currently have one engineer in Berlin and one in Tyrol, although our office in Oberaudorf has at least five state-of-the-art workstations available for on-site phases.

We usually work on large projects throughout Europe, such as office complexes, large data centers, hotels and residential buildings, covering both mechanical and electrical engineering. However, we also work with the same diligence on smaller projects from around € 100.000 TGA or advise clients regardless of the size of the project.

For projects of around € 1 million or more, we work with external partners and outsource the electrical engineering, always trying to cover the building automation together with the mechanical building services. This minimizes interface issues. For projects over € 2 million, we usually work in the background as a subcontractor to larger building services companies.

Sebastian Peschke

Owner & Project Manager

Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Systems

“Designing the technical system in your head before even a single line has been drawn requires many years of experience as a craftsman.”

As the founder and owner of the Ingenieurbüro Sebastian Peschke, I follow the guiding principle of interdisciplinary understanding and cooperation. As a child, I was a tinkerer and handyman. In my youth, I became a universal craftsman. I specifically chose my late degree program so that I would be able to cover a broad spectrum of knowledge from mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, supply engineering, energy technology and, in particular, renewable energies.

I want to understand processes and machines and always invest a lot of time when a new technology comes onto the market. Without knowing and understanding what the market offers, I am not able to provide state-of-the-art advice.

My knowledge and experience of the requirements of external trades allows me to ask the right questions at the start of a project. It often turns out that Additional consultants are often needed, e.g. from building physics and fire protection, to eliminate residual risks and clarify unanswered questions.

Transparency and predictability are particularly important to me. It is therefore not uncommon for overly optimistic cost estimates and construction times to require correction after discussions have taken place with all project participants and interfaces and critical milestones have been jointly discussed. As a project manager and engineer, my aim is to ensure that every project for which we are responsible is completed appropriately, successfully and satisfactorily for the client.

Engineer

Bachelor of Engineering, Energy and Building Technology

"Human comfort is at the heart of building technology."

We spend 80% of our lives in buildings. Ensuring comfort and coziness in these buildings is my job. As an Energy and Building Technology graduate, I have the expertise to design, plan, commission and manage technical building equipment in terms of sustainable and optimized operation over the entire life cycle.

In doing so, I attach great importance to finding the balance between time efficiency and quality. It is essential to carefully weigh both factors, as they are closely linked and have a significant influence on the success of a project.
