Engineering services
Ingenieurbüro Sebastian Peschke provides independent and impartial advice on technical systems for building services and power engineering (mechanical and electrical engineering).
Sewage, water and gas systems
Includes sewerage systems with associated pipework and, for example, lifting/pumping systems, water systems for water extraction and treatment and associated fittings and sanitary facilities, and gas systems including transfer stations, gas pipework and pressure control systems.
Heat supply systems
All systems and equipment for heating buildings. This includes, but is not limited to, all heat generation systems, including heat transfer stations, as well as various radiators, panel heating systems, installation pipework and heating circuit manifolds.
Ventilation systems
All air conditioning and ventilation systems including ductwork and diffusers. This includes all cooling systems, the cooling distribution network and, for example, recirculating air coolers for heat dissipation.
Electrical installations
High, medium and low voltage installations. It also includes internal power supply systems such as photovoltaic or wind power systems, the internal and external lighting of a building and all lightning protection and earthing systems.
Telecommunications and IT systems
This includes a wide range of network technology and data infrastructure systems in a building. It also includes alarm systems and access control systems.
Conveyor systems
Conveyor systems include elevators, escalators and other transport systems.
Use-specific systems
Use-specific systems, depending on the purpose and use of the building, may include not only fire extinguishing systems but also, for example, kitchen equipment. Specialist laboratory and medical equipment is also included in this cost group.
Building automation
Building automation includes measurement, control and regulation. Water, air, heat, electricity and cooling are distributed as required via field devices. Control and regulation tasks are performed by automation stations. Energy management, monitoring and process control are performed by the higher-level building management system.
Other technical systems
This group includes other measures that are related to the technical building systems but cannot be allocated to any of the other service groups. These include scaffolding and safety measures, crane positioning, demolition and materials disposal, and miscellaneous repairs.
Other services
We also develop interdisciplinary energy supply concepts with a focus on renewable energy generation. This includes service phases 1 to 4 according to RIBA scheme of work. Larger projects are managed in collaboration with proven partners. This gives you a 'plus' in terms of expertise and delivery.
